About Kevin
|
Ashkenazi's alter ego is Kevin A. Madden, who is daily in the awkward position of explaining that he is a magician and a musician.
Besides playing the piano, Kevin has also served as the Education Director for the Berkeley Symphony Orchestra, has lived in France & Austria, and holds a Master's degree in education. Both of his parents were professional musicians.

About The Trio
|
Bassist Todd Smith was born and raised in New Jersey, and has lived in California for the last twenty-five years. In elementary school, he played trumpet and drums, later studied piano and guitar, and settled on his beloved bass guitar some twenty-five years ago. He teaches at a public school in Sonoma County.
Pianist Kevin A. Madden is shown at the top of the page flanked by two of his favorite musicians.
Drummer Kerry Garloff is a remarkable musician, fluent in many styles. He was born and raised in Sonoma County, and began playing drums when he was ten. While studying at Santa Rosa Junior College, he performed with renowned artists Bruce Forman, Peter Welker and Warren Gale, and has also toured with a dance band on Caribbean cruises.
